Plugin and wizard not detected after upgrade

Hi guys,

Need your help. After upgrading Nagios to Nagios XI 2011R3.2, it seems like it don't detect my previously installed plugin and wizard. I've re-upload the plugin but not successful. I've repair the MySQL table, fix the permission, reboot the server but to no avail. Please help. Thanks

Can you view the plugin when you go to: Admin->Manage Plugins? When you try to upload it (Admin->Manage Plugins->Browse->...->Upload Plugin), do you get any error messages?

Can you apply configuration? Any config errors? Run the Write Config Tool and show us the output.

No I cannot view the plugin and wizard. Only stock plugin and wizard are there. But when searching inside the server the plugin is successfully uploaded. Refer ll output below. I'm trying to install bulkhostimport the zip file is there but not in the GUI.

I just find out that service nagiosxi status return nothing. Is this normal?

Nope I didn't rename the zip files.

Please take a look at output below vs screenshot of plugins in my Nagios XI GUI. Obviously it's not there.

It's ok now. I guess it's permission problem.
