Hi
all of sudden Nagios XI is not showing any graphs for switch interface, showing only for ping
I don't know if this is related to below error when I tried to start npcd service
[07-07-2020 16:54:58] NPCD: Caught Termination Signal - Hasta la vista... baby
[07-07-2020 16:54:58] NPCD: npcd Daemon (0.4.14) started with PID=21905

Re: graphs are not showing
Hi Pratap,
Welcome to the Nagios Support Forum! Looking over the issue here, if the npcd daemon is not running that should affect the other graphs as well. Can you verify if this is the case?
It may be crashing due to spooled up files, so please follow the steps in the guide below under Count The Amount Of Spooled Files to check this and delete the files if necessary.
Nagios XI - Performance Graph Problems
If that does not resolve the issue, increase the logging verbosity as directed in the guide, let the system run for a while and the send us a fresh system profile so we can review the logs and settings. Thanks, Benjamin
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
