acknowledged service - operation center

Hello,
i am running version 5.6.14 Nagios XI and an older version 5.4.13

on the new version 5.6.14 when i acknowledge a service i can still see it on the operations center. on the older version this doesn't show up

is this somthing new in version 5.6.14 or i need to do somthing else to remove it from the operations center screen.

my team is using this screen to monitor the non acknowledged services systems and having all this acknowledged services makes it no easy.

On the new version you can click "Show Filters" then under "Additional Filters" select Hide Handled,
click OK
click Filter

This will save the setting to not show handled problems (ACK, downtime)
