unable to get SMS using Multitech

I can see all nagios notification msg are failure below
Aug XXXXXXX modem; faillog: [FAILED TO] : XXXXXX : [MSG] servernameXXXXXX critical date XXX timeXXX

, but when im sending test SMS its working. I can see in the Sent SMS. let me know if anything needs to be check on this.

Without contacting Multitech, the only other thing I can think of is the setting in
SMS Services -> International Number

And this would be if you are sending using international # or use more than a certain number of digits.

Otherwise I would recommend contacting Multitech support

I have got the root cause for this issue, post updating firmware of multitech its starting working.
