Hello, I'm running v5.6.14 on a 64-bit CentOS VM.
Please see the case of the same name from Jun 12, 2019.
We are still having the problem, apparently associated with the Nagios Core, but I believe our upgrades to Nagios XI have included an upgrade from Core 3.x to 4.x.
Since its been more than 1 year, can you give me any additional guidance?

Please PM me a fresh profile as well as a copy of the nagios.log file that contains the behavior - this may be /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log or an achieved log found in /usr/local/nagios/var/archives/. Please also provide the name of the host and service.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

You appear to be running into the issue described at https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... issues/759. I will +1 it to give it a bit more priority.

OK. It is a problem for us because our Operators are supposed to pester technical staff until an OK e-mail is received.
Its a little dismaying because I reported the bug back in core v3.
Please lock the case.
