Floating close button

When I verify test syntax from the CCM Services GUI I noticed this.

Sometimes the close button floats and obscures text I'd like to see. This issue varies with browser zoom settings. (Chrome)

Are you in full screen mode (using all screen real-estate) or in windowed mode? (I'm referring to the browser window sizing)

What OS/Version is it running?

What is your screen resolution?

I'm going to lab it up and see if I'm able to replicate it.

Not full screen mode
1920 x 1200
Windows 10 (Ver 1809)

I've submitted a bug report for this with a link back to this thread so the developers can fix it, I was able to replicate it on mine as well:
