[Feature] enable and disable notification by schedule
[Feature] enable and disable notification by schedule
Is the function of enabling and disabling notification by schedule on host and/or service not yet available even on latest XI release, i.e. 5.7.4? For example, It's required to enable notification when a host and its service will go live at a schedule date and time. If it's not yet implemented, pls pass this request to feature request list for development team to consider to add in future release.

Re: [Feature] enable and disable notification by schedule
Hi,
I can certainly put in a feature request on your behalf. In the meantime, there are a couple of workarounds that might be an option for you. One, is the use of Scheduled Downtime. This will suppress notifications during a set period.

The other option is to set the notification period as required. The timeperiod settings are quite flexible, check out the examples on the following page.

Appreciate your input. Let me know if you need anything else.
