SSH Login Monitoring Wizard

I am trying to use the SSH Login Monitoring Wizard. I follow the instructions given to run /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/configwizards/ssh-expect/scripts/install.sh

The script does not seem to be working correctly. I have included the output below. I am running the VM image CentOS release 6.3, Ngios XI 2011R3.2

I see a couple other errors we will work on cleanong up, but the big one seems to be a missing package.

yum install perl-Test-Simple -y
Then try running install.sh again
