I've reached out to management on this to get further clarification on fapolicyd hardening. Presently, we don't have an official SELinux poilicy package for Nagios XI, and operating in enforcing mode is not currently supported so I'm wondering about fapolicyd.

Due to how diverse and specific various org standards are around security solutions like SELinux and others, we currently do not support the implementation of these tools on a Nagios XI instance. We will, however, be offering a containerized version of Nagios Xi in the coming months which will accommodate many of these security requirements. Thank you!
