LOSE CONNECTION WHEN I TRY TO ADD A SERVICE TO MONITOR

Hi,

I am having some problems when I try to add some windows services to a windows server host, I select the services I wan to monitor and when I finish to do it and click in the "Next" button, the interface lose connection.

Thanks for reaching out, want to have run through and install any updates to see if that helps by going:

• Admin => Manage Config Wizards (found in \/System Extension section) -> [Check for Updates]

If the issue persists please send over the System Profile so we can see what is going on.

To send us your system profile.

• Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
• Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
• Click the "Download Profile" button
• Save the profile.zip file and share
