Active Directory Import Users

Hi,
I have a problem with my nagios serverruns on linux centos stream 9 (VM nagios xi). installed on vmware workstation , when I want to intergrate nagios xi with AD, an error message appears:

"Unable to authenticate: 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903C8, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 5, v2580"


can you help me to fix this problem please ,

After doing some research it appears that this error typically appears when there are incorrect credentials or permissions. Can you verify that the credentials you are using are correct and don't require a reset of credentials?

yes the information is correct, I also reset the password of the account authorized to authenticate.

after checking the logs at the AD server level, it turned out that the problem is linked to an uninstalled update (KB3185331& KB3177108 & KB3192392). the message displayed on the event viewer is "NTLM authentication failed with error 0xC0000022 for Windows Server 2012" the update .
