My day to break things I guess. In trying to fix the previous issue with ops screen, I rolled back configurations in core manager and now I have something out of sync.
When I use a wizard to add a host with ncpa it adds the host with no name and services without a host (since the host has no name) and then can't save the config. I get a bunch of services named with [random].tmp and if I go and edit the host and give it a name, and then go into CCM services and find the services named .tmp and associate them with the host, and THEN apply the configuration, it works. But then I have the services named whatever.tmp instead of the host and its not optimal.
How can I set it right again?

Re: Config wizards broken
Okay got it fixed. Used a different wizard that was successful, then came back to add windows server with ncpa wizard and now it is happy

Hello @jfnorton88,
It sounds like you may have encountered a bug relating to how Nagios XI interacts with Nagios Core. Can we get a little more information about this case? I'm glad you were able to fix the problem, but if this is indeed a bug, I'd like to try to get it logged so that we can fix it.

What version of Nagios XI are you running? Were there any steps that you took aside from those listed here and in the above link?
