I'm having an issue when changing the theme to Neptune, and users who have already changed toImage the Neptune theme are getting the attached error.

Thanks for reaching out.

This error frequently is associated with heavy network traffic. We are working on making the response better. In the meantime, if the Reload button does not work, users can try using the browser's reload/refresh button or navigate to the Nagios XI Home url http<s>://<ip or dns name/nagiosxi.

If the issue persists, users can change to an older theme using the button provided.

Hi @lgute,

The page refresh did not work. However, the option to switch back to older themes is still available.

Is there any other way I can use the Neptune theme?

Is there anything in particular that is triggering this problem or does it occur on any attempt to access Nagios XI?

It does occur on any time when I change the theme in user profile.

Hi @tperera,

Do users constantly get the error, or can they sometimes use the Neptune theme?

We do have some fixes in the works to provide more granular error handling. Hopefully this will be released in the next couple of months.

While I can't make any promises, hopefully this will be in our fall release.

It is often difficult for us to duplicate user issues, would you be willing to be a beta tester and give us feedback?
