Failure to update from 2024R1.4.3 to 2024R1.4.4

Linux Distribution and version? Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
32 or 64bit? 64 Bits
VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? Manual Installation - Migrated servers in Oct 2024.

I am currently trying to patch my Nagios XI version to 2024R1.4.4 and I am getting the following error:

The installation is being attempted from the Web interface rather than manually via the CLI.

Could you please advise? I usually don't have any issues when updating versions, my latest update install was on 04/05/2025, no issues reported back then.

Hello @arthurkroth and @BenCowan,

It seems the wrong build was released. This has since been fixed and the correct build has been put in place. I have tested an upgrade that failed from using the bad tarball and then upgrading with the correct 1.4.4 tarball afterwards seems to have worked, so you should be able to get the new tarball and re-try the upgrade.
