Respond Links getting Cut

We receive our alerts via text on Iphones etc....the respond links are getting chopped and breaking the link so that you cant easily click them to acknowledge alerts.
i.e
Respond: https://server.domain.
(Con't) 3 of 3
com/url/rr.php?uid=daaiwjemqwpjmema3242mipefdp34p(End)

Is there a formatting trick or solution to fix this?

Unfortunately the texts get chopped at 160 chars. One thing you could try would be to change the message format to put the %responseurl% at the beginning of the message. This way, it would be something else that gets chopped

I also found just putting the phone number as the email address works under most providers.
