We can work a bit faster through this if you can post your latest snapshot. You can locate it through Admin > Manage Config Snapshots > Click the diskette download icon next to the latest snapshot. Then you can send it in an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread. Can you also post who did not receive the notification emails from the Downed host/service, who else is in that contact group? We will close this thread and continue work via the ticket system.
