Problems with XI displaying 4x duplicate services and hosts

did the repairs. same results - starting nagios initially shows the correct number hosts/services in XI. doing an apply configuration doubles the hosts 4x the services.

just to be clear - the tactical overview has the correct counts - it is the service and host status summary
