Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
Try running IE9 in "compatibility mode". MS broke jquery early this year (at least parts of it . . .)

Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
I'm trying to publish two dashboards I created but it is not letting me. Is this possible?
For some reason when I provide the backend API URL for Dashboards with a read-ony access, it only shows the default dashboard eventhough I deleted it.
Thanks.

Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
So you are attempting to deploy dashboards to users in a format that you would like? Does the RO account that you are using the link from have access to view hosts and services on the dashboard you are publishing? If you go to the same users normal dashboard view from within XI is it there?
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.
Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
Yes, the RO account has access view hosts and services.
Is this even possible? Can I publish a page in NagiosXi that has multiple dashboards with a RO account?
Thanks.

Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
Can you describe the steps you took to deploy the dashboard to the RO user? Did you go to "Dashboards->Dashboard Tools->Deploy Dashboards"? What is the error message that RO user sees? Is it: "You are not authorized to access this feature..."?

Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
1. Created new dasboard....
Dashboard -> Add New Dashboard
2. Add dashlet to new dashboard
Home -> Service Group Overview -> Add This To a Dashboard
3. Confirmed dashlets were added to the new dashboard.
Dashboard -> Click on New Dashboard.
4. Provide the URL to the new dashboard page that has both of the dashlets with the RO account attached to the URL.
Below is what I get....
Bad Dashboard
Unfortunately for you, that dashboard is not valid... Too bad. Dashboard ID: kcu4ffs0

Re: Error: Adding member to a ServiceGroup
Other users will not be able to view dashboard via the URL, they are user specific, unless you use the "Deploy Dashboard" feature in 2012 release of XI
