Re: Templates
Yes you can do this, simply navigate to Configure > CCM > Templates > Service Templates, and create your templates here, then apply them to hosts.

Re: Templates
I created a template how do i add to hosts
Re: Templates
Either through the wizards, or through the CCM. Once you have created/added a host, go to the CCM and open up the host there. You should be able to add a template to the host from its management screen in the CCM.

Re: Templates
I opened the host in CCM. How do i add service template to this host. I do not any option
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Templates
Oh, my mistake, a service template would apply to a service, not a host. So open up the service in the CCM and click "manage templates".

Re: Templates
You can add the template to a host from the same page you just created it on, enter the templates configuration page and click manage hosts.

Re: Templates
With the "Active" check box, on the same page.
Re: Templates
Are the template settings not effecting the service object?
After you activate it, you do have to "apply configuration" in order for your change to get written to the config files.
