When acknowledgements and comments are entered, are they retained indefinitely or purged after a certain amount of time?

There is a check box right in the acknowledge page that is checked by default

No, it is not.Okay. Now in the case of your Incident Manager product, when it does an Acknowledgement Callback, is it set sticky by default?
