- Yum config had no valid mirrors. Since you claimed to have installed NTP, perhaps you fixed this already, but I'm not sure as I don't see a step where that actually happened.
- NTP was not installed. Again, maybe you did this already, but since I don't actually see the step I'm mentioning it still. If there is something blocking it from working you should talk to your network administrator about the proper time server to use, or just set the time manually as described earlier, and then confirm it with the script below.
- System time is incorrect either on the server, workstation, or possibly both. I have attached a script you can use to check this. Simply rename it to time.php (stripping the .txt extension), upload it to the /var/www/html/ directory on your XI server (with a command session similar to below if from a Linux/Unix system), and then visit /time.php with your web browser and take a screenshot, similar to those also attached.

So, while we understand that things are not working for you at the moment, you need to remain calm and walk through the necessary steps for properly diagnosing your issue, not shift blame and insult our support staff.I guess I need to upgrade because i just cleaned up the cache but it is still doing the same thing.
