Re: Support Needed - XI Update
No, do I have to delete the host and reconfigure it to change it or can I go in the settings somewhere and change it?
Re: Support Needed - XI Update
You are best off removing and recreating it.

Re: Support Needed - XI Update
So, you followed closely all of the documents listed below, but you are not able to see any of the hosts that have been imported, correct?
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... p_Tool.pdf
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... nto_XI.pdf
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... ios_XI.pdf
Do you see the configs in the hosts/services directories?

Yes, I see config files, but these are the hosts and services that I added manually.

Re: Support Needed - XI Update
Is it normal that after I added two vmware hosts full of guests that the xi server is now running a little slow?
Re: Support Needed - XI Update
Did you create config files by hand on the cli or just through the interface?

It all depends. How many checks did you add?ancovington wrote:Is it normal that after I added two vmware hosts full of guests that the xi server is now running a little slow?

Re: Support Needed - XI Update
I created each host individually on the Gui interface under the configure tab.
I added all of the VM checks (mem, cpu, datastore, network, etc).

Re: Support Needed - XI Update
Remove the host and its services through the XI Core Config Manager.
