Updating components

Post by Pilly170 »

Hi,

When I goto update components, I click on the download link, then I'm taken to the subscription page rather than download.

Any ideas why this is happening?

It may be one of the components that are for paying customers only. If so, and you have an active subscription, you just have to login and download from that link. This happens with quite a few of them.

Yes, once you log in you should be placed at the customer downloads section.

You should be able to find the component and update it through Admin > Manage Components now, or are you still having issues reaching the actual download links for the aforementioned components?
