Well abrist.
This was a simple to solve issue.
It had to do edit an entry on ndomod.cfg
I had to change 'config_output_options' value from 2 to 1.
Curiously, that has generated a new issue (http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... =7&t=25159)
That new issue was solved when I've changed the 'config_output_options' value from 1 to 2 again.
I will keep an eye on both Nagios' Daemonizing duration and NDOUtils functioning for this server

[SOLVED] NDOUtils - Nagios and MySQL Server on different hos
No, I have not.
Curiously, this solution created a new issue: http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... 023#p87023
Now it seems stable

[SOLVED] NDOUtils - Nagios and MySQL Server on different hos
The diagnostics and actions in post http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... 7&start=10 proved this to be related to kernell values configured in /etc/sysctl.conf.
Apparently, the default values on this Ubuntu Server x64 12.04 LTS were not enough for an ndomod.o instance, in the central Nagios' host for the troughput (and process/thread footprint) produced by +- 350 hosts with 2200 services scheduled with 5min intervals.
In the post mentioned you can find the appropriate values that enabled an allways fresh NDOUtils remote database.
Thank you, the post can now be locked
