Hi,
Can we use NNA to analyse traffic of VoIP networks ? Is it possible to obtain QoS reports (jitter, latency, bandwidth etc) ?

To some extent yes you can use nna to gather some information on voip networks. However items such as jitter and latency are not currently possible as far as I know. Bandwidth would definitely be included by default though.

Nagios Network Analyzer primarily will show information about connections from host/port to host/port
this information will contain bandwidth for each combination, but for measuring the other elements you mentioned, you may need to pull this information via custom plugin for Nagios XI.
