Service shows in listing, but not in configuration

I've been using Nagios since it was netsaint. Just started XI, profile.zip? Can't find one on the system, and not sure where the snapshot is. Specifically, what shall I send?

Go to: Admin->System Profile->Download Profile->save and email the "profile.zip" to [email protected].
