NagiosXI - E-importnagiosql

Post by hrebello »

Hello Guys,

Can anyone help me about the error below ?
I have tried to find a solution, but I didn't.

[root@localhost nagiosxi]# ./E-importnagiosql
NOTE: If prompted, enter the MySQL root password
NagiosQL database appears OK - continuing...
NDOUtils database appears OK - continuing...
ERROR: No files to import - exiting. Were Nagios Core and NagiosQL installed?

thank you.

Cheers,
Hugo

Hello Hugo,
by chance is this being installed on RHEL, and if so, is it registered?

If possible, could you look through the logs and see where it may have failed? It sound like something didn't go correctly in ./1-prereqs

I am having the same problem.
I think it may be an issue with a proxy.
It seems the 1-Prereqs does not install all of the conf files for Nagios Core.
Once I copied them from the vmware install I then get a error asking if I we have a proxy.
We do have a proxy, it seems the wget for the local host is hitting a proxy and failing.
I will test this today using a host file to see if it makes a difference
