Is there possible that NagiosXI Status Information same as DELL OpenManage Alert Log Description?

If you go to the service details, do you see the full status string at the top of the details page, or just "OK:"?

That would probably need to be changed in the plugin itself. Can you link directly to the plugin? I can't seem to find one named "dell_open_manage.pl" in our Exchange.

Run the check from the cli with the verbose flag (-v). Post the output here. It is strange because the plugin should exit with status text. But all you get is the "OK:". Post the output and we will dig into the issue.
