Is there possible that NagiosXI Status Information same as DELL OpenManage Alert Log Description?

(plugin ​dell_open_manage.pl​)

If you go to the service details, do you see the full status string at the top of the details page, or just "OK:"?

That would probably need to be changed in the plugin itself. Can you link directly to the plugin? I can't seem to find one named "​dell_open_manage.pl​" in our Exchange.

Run the check from the cli with the verbose flag (-v). Post the output here. It is strange because the plugin should exit with status text. But all you get is the "OK:". Post the output and we will dig into the issue.
