Multiple Nagios XI with a Central Management System

Post by RIDS_I2MP »

Hello Members,

We have 4 Nagios XI instances monitoring 4 different Infrastructure.

We wanted to combine all 4 into 1 Centralized Management system so that all 4 can be managed by the single server.

Can somebody please suggest me if this can be done with Nagios XI?
Thanks & Regards,
I2MP Team.

We would typically recommend using Nagios Fusion for this, http://www.nagios.com/products/nagiosfusion

That should do the trick for you, if you are looking for something else let us know!

Hello,

Nagios Fusion will have a centralized dashboard for the views.

Does it also gives a functionality to manage all 4 servers on its own like adding devices working on the configuration etc..
Thanks & Regards,

It does not allow for central config management without drilling down to each individual server. Unfortunately at this point there is not a released product that will handle this. Fusion will definitely give a centralized dashboard and other views of all your systems.
