Hi all,

I'm using the Network Switch/Router wizard to monitor our routers. How do I get this dormant circuit to not show as critical and just normal (green)

CRITICAL: Interface Serial0/1/0:23 (index 39) is dormant.

Here is the check: check_xi_service_ifoperstatus!XXXXXXX!39!-v 2
