"Apply Configuration" just spins forever

It doesn't matter if I am trying to use the Monitoring Wizard, the Auto-Discovery Wizard or just trying to Apply Configuration from CCM, it just spins and never completes.

Manually writing and verifying configuration in CCM works fine but the wizards don't let you do that.

Can you run the following:

./reconfigure_nagios.sh > /tmp/reconfig.txt

And attach reconfig.txt here or in a PM?
