SMS Log

Hi! I am using NagiosXI 2012R2.9.

I am having problems with my mobile carrier, and I need to debug the SMS messages.

I need to see the messages that are send to mobile messages (SMS). Is there any log to see it? Any Clues?

By default Nagios just sends an email to your phone number at some email domain, such as [email protected], so your /var/log/maillog should show outgoing mail being sent, but not content.

Thanks, I had check the /var/log/maillog, but i can not find any message to my mobile carrier.

We use SMTP relay to send the messages. Is there any other way to get the logs?

If you are not setting any entries in your maillog I would make sure you have the right number set up, and that you do in fact have SMS notifications enabled for that user.
