Looking on Exchange quickly I found the following two plugins you could use:

http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... er/details
http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Tu ... ha/details

These are both community plugins so we won't be able to help too terribly much if they don't work or need tweaking, but we'll do what we can.

Hi all!

You can always download the latest version of the Service-Now integration plugin from: http://roshamboot.org/main/wp-content/u ... cketer.zip
Alternatively you can get it from Nagios Exchange here (as tmcdonald pointed out): http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... er/details

I've updated the external download link in the above article to point to the release version instead of the now non-existent beta release. If some one can clip the awesome Mr Miltchev on the ear and have him update his link that would great ;)

Sorry for the confusion!

Using this script to integrate Nagios to SNOW.
http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... er/details

While going though the script, I found that The proxy settings are required if your connections to service-now traverse a proxy.

In My environment My Nagios is in our corporate network & SNOW is on Cloud (internet ). Hence, for communication should I need to enable port forwarding at My firewall to the nagios system ?
Or normal proxy seetings will work here ?

The proxy settings in Nagios aren't going to help much with incoming traffic, as things outside of Nagios can't read those proxy settings. So you will probably need to enable port-forwarding, yes.
