I'm having similar issues as some other people, but I don't see a clear solution to the problem.

We trying to show Nagios Xi's web pages inside a SharePoint report. When we log in separately using a guest account, everything works fine. However, without that login we get a white page saying our Session has timed out with no way of logging in. We're currently running 2012R2.9. I've looked into modifying /etc/php.ini and extending the time out but I don't think it'll solve the overall problem. Is there a fix for this problem or a version I should upgrade to?

Session timeout without prompt to login
Re: Session timeout without prompt to login
What url are you trying to embed?
Have you considered using the backend ticket id to access this url?

Re: Session timeout without prompt to login
We're using two urls, http://Nagiosserver/nagiosxi/includes/c ... alerts.php and http://Nagiosserver/nagiosxi/includes/c ... e=overview.
The help desk alert page is a custom component created for us which combines Open Service Problems and BPI into a single page.
We did try using the Backend API URL component but we're getting the same results.

Re: Session timeout without prompt to login
Did you try appending a username and ticket id to the urls as mentioned in the backend component?
