Go to Admin -> Check For Updates then click the "Check for updates now" button. What installed/available versions are displayed?

Did you experience any issues during the upgrade? Any error messages?

No significant error message at the end.
I don't know how to access the install logs.

Could you try the upgrade again and post back the output so we could see if there were any errors?

The log is truncated. The log stops in the middle of fetching updates to php. If you truely waited until the script stopped before you ended the running tail, I would bet that your install is crashing. The thing is though, Due to where it is crash9ing, it is hard to tell what is causing it. Try running the upgrade again. When it fails, get an immediate tail of /var/log/messages and post it here:

Looks like a lot of crashed tables errors, have you tried to repair your mysql tables yet? As of right now, we can't get the info we need from the syslog due to the frequency of those messages, it could also be part of the upgrade problem. Please run:
Then retry the steps abrist gave you, thanks!
