Service Alert link issue
When we get a service alert from Nagios by email, if a user clicks on the Respond link and then happens to go to the Nagios URL, it will log them in as the nagiosadmin account. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Re: Service Alert link issue
Is that user receiving alerts for the nagiosadmin user? Our rapid response links will log in whatever XI user the notification was sent for.

No this is for any user that is configured to receive the alert or if the email is forwarded to another person, then they can log into Nagios as nagiosadmin.
Re: Service Alert link issue
That is very odd. Can we move this to a ticket so that we can schedule a remote session? (send an email to [email protected] to open a ticket)
