I have purchased NagiosXIR2.2 and registered with [email protected]. Before I was able to access this section but from 10 Dec 2015 it has disabled. So please enable this ASAP. I got mail regarding this in that they mentioned that:
-Your support plan with Nagios Enterprises may have lapsed.
-Your support forum account is not associated with any current customer accounts.

I spoke with sales and they informed me that your support and maintenance has expired.
