Unable to log on using Internet 8 or 9

Receiving this error when trying to log in using Internet Explorer 8 and 9:

NSP: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that

We have no issue logging in using Google Chrome, just IE 8 and 9.

I'm running Nagios XI 5.2.3.

That error is generally related to time/date issues. I don't know that you'll have the best user experience using IE8 or 9 though, I believe some of our components are not compatible.

To add on to hsmith's post, Microsoft stopped supporting IE 8,9 & 10 last week:

You may want to refer to this doc for checking/modifying the date/time settings on your XI system:

By fixing the time, I am now able to use IE 8 and 9. Thank you very much!
