I have installed the most recent 0.4.4. That has solved the NSClient issue. I am now facing a network issue, dropped packets during ping and refused telnet port access. Thanks for your help

Can you demonstrate for us these dropped packets? Generally speaking, issues on the network need to be addressed by your network team.
