how can pay for nagios support 24/7

i use nagios core but i know can i use nagios core and pay for customer support 24/7 ????

We do not currently offer 24/7 support. We offer support for our commercial products and Core, but that is during US/Central office hours.

2 - how much money do i have to pay just for use nagios support team??
3- most of my os are linux and i want check sime process that have to write a script for check that
If i buy nagios support team will you write script for me??
