5.5 Nagios XI Update Breaks Monitoring Engine

Using UI to update fails, so I tried to manually update(followed link here - https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ctions.pdf), see error below:

We have Dev and Prod NagiosXI servers, Dev updated successfully. Issue is on Prod.
Prod OS is CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)

Any thoughts or suggestions?

First before performing an upgrade make sure you can apply configuration properly.

When I navigate to Tools I do not have an option for Write Config Files. Please advise.

This is Tools Menu on the Left after you Click Configure -> CCM, not on the Top
