Update hangs on "Update in progress"

Going through the web interface.
XI 5.5.10 on RHEL 6.10
Clicked check for updates then update.
It's been sitting at "Update in progress" for 15 minutes now.

Let's run the manual upgrade procedure if this hasn't completed

It never finished updating so shortly before your post I rolled back to the snap I took before starting.
I'll go through the manual procedure you linked to and post the results.

That ran without a hitch and upgraded to 5.6.14
Thank you.
Now onto the ldap issue (I'll start another thread)
