Hello
It appears that doing an upgrade to NagiosXI via the command line inserts an exlude to the upgrade of net-snmp. I believe a while back someone said this was no longer necessary
Can this exclusion be removed from the upgrade script?

Re: NagiosXI SSO Import/Manage Users issue
Is there an open thread for enhancements for this integration? I would love to be able to add users without Nagios Core restarting every time I click "Configure User"

Re: NagiosXI SSO Import/Manage Users issue
Hi @wneville, Can you post the contents of /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/sso_integration.log ? Are you sure you were configuring them to new users? You can add multiple redirect URIs to the same app registration under the authentication tab to allow multiple XIs to use the same registration. T...

Re: NagiosXI SSO Import/Manage Users issue
Hello, I am on 2026R1.1 and the "Configure Users" button appears to be unresponsive. The tenant has about 15k users, and I am using "individual Users" tab and trying to create a new XI user. I am getting a pop up notifying me that the user has been configured successfully, but th...

Re: nagiosramdisk filling up
npcd is running and nagios user is not expired - i currently have a support case open but haven't had much luck identifying the issue so thought I would post here to see if anyone had resolved a similar issue. seems like the issue is that files are not being removed, so the system must still think t...

Resolved that, but my other server cannot send its backups over to this one, it even fails the "Test Connection" button in the UI. I can confirm ssh on the command line from server to server is working as expected. "Test Connection" generates this message "Could not establis...

Bug: scheduled backups not available in UI 2026R1
Hello, I cannot access the scheduled backups portion of the UI. I get this message: Error: This component requires the pecl ssh2 module. You must run install.sh in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/scheduledbackups as root to use this component. However, pecl/ssh2 is already installed. Co...
