I was able to successfully import the services as "individual" items, but I don't have the "servicegroups.cfg" (that needs to be imported) to test the next step...

I would recommend that you open a new support ticket in our email ticketing system as we may end up doing a remote session. Please, send us an email at [email protected]. Thanks!

I would need to get management approval to incur costs so anything we can do outside that scenario would be appreciated.

If you have active support then a ticket will not cost anything extra.

I think we bought a limited number of incidents but I'm not sure how that works in this case.

Standard support allows for 10 tickets per year, and it looks like you have not used any so far. At the rate you are going I wouldn't worry about it at all.

ok, how does that work if there is a problem with the migration procedure/program though?

I don't think I should have to use my support tickets if there is a problem with the implementation.

The support tickets can be thought of as a "fast-track" to a resolution. The normal workflow is to submit a bug report, have the developers look at it, then wait for a fix. The forums expedite this a bit because we can go back and forth with troubleshooting and potentially come to a resolution, but for a remote session a ticket must be used. It's not a guarantee for an immediate fix, but most of the time we are able to either provide a hot-fix until a more permanent solution can be implemented, or learn enough about the issue first-hand to speed up the development process significantly.
