New forum user doesn't have access to Customer Support area

A new member of our team has an account on the forums, but doesn't have access to the Customer Forum area. How do we go about getting him access under our support contract?

You can use the form below to add his support forum username to your account.

As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
