I kicked off an update hours ago, stuck on:
"Update in progress. Please wait. Update may take a few minutes."

Thoughts on what might be going on here?

Hello @rkane,

If the update has stalled, please log into the terminal as root user and run a manual upgrade instead.

Code: Select all

cd /tmp
rm -rf nagiosxi xi*.tar.gz
wget http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/xi-latest.tar.gz
tar xzf xi-latest.tar.gz
cd nagiosxi
./upgrade

Also, if you need to reset the upgrade status in the Web Interface, please follow the instructions below.
