How To Configure Contact Groups in Nagios XI

A contact group can be used to group one or more contacts together for the purpose of sending out alert/recovery notifications to each contact group member.

A contact group's directives consist of name, alias, and the selected contacts. After creating contact groups, you will be ready to associate these groups with host and service templates, hosts, services, and host groups definitions.
