This information is intended to describe how to configure and manage notifications within Nagios XI. Notifications can be sent Emails or Text Messages (SMS) to users when Hosts and Services change states using SMTP with OAuth, this keeps users and administrators up-to-date on the health of their monitoring environment as well as reducing downtime.
